According To Federal Law, Many Of Our Politicians Should Be In Prison For Aiding And Abetting Illegal Immigration

We truly live in a lawless nation.  According to federal law, it is illegal to encourage or induce illegal immigrants to enter the United States, and it is also illegal to either be engaged in or aiding and abetting the “domestic transportation” or “harboring” of illegal immigrants.  In other words, many of our top politicians and a whole host of federal officials should be going to prison.  The following comes directly from the Justice Department

Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).

Harboring — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who — knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.

Domestic Transporting — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) makes it an offense for any person who — knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law.

Knowledge — Prosecutions for alien smuggling, 8 U.S.C. §  1324(a)(1)(A)(i) require proof that defendant knew that the person brought to the United States was an alien. With regard to the other violations in 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a), proof of knowledge or reckless disregard of alienage is sufficient.

  1. And many should not be in office because Section 3 of the 14th Amendment basically states, if you take the oath of office then provide aid or comfort to an enemy, you cannot hold any office unless 2/3 of House and 2/3 Senate say you can. Not 2/3 to impeach or remove- 2/3 to stay! So, according to the Constitution, he is not allowed to hold office. I don’t see a 2/3 vote from both House and Senate saying those responsible can stay in office.

The administration sent over a billion dollars in aid to al Qaeda (a declared enemy) in both Libya and Syria, where they crucify and massacre Christians. A simple search proves the aid was knowingly sent. Even CNN covered it! CNN!!! It’s common knowledge ISIS/ISIL sprang from those same al Qaeda groups in Syria! The massacres are linked to those enemies of ours he funded!

If that weren’t enough, you know that recently 5 terrorists were illegally released, and the administration just sent $47 million to Hamas, the terrorist organization violating cease fire after cease fire to purposefully target civilians.

Logically, if you aren’t allowed to hold any office under the law, yet do so anyway, you are illegally in office… And anything you do, and any orders you give, are illegal.

What the administration has done demands removal from office. Plain and simple. Failure to do so is a violation of the Constitution and rule of law.
